In the competitive cybersecurity landscape, establishing a strong digital presence among decision-makers is crucial. Our goal was to translate Netsmart’s visibility and authority in the Turkish B2B market into the Dutch market through strategic digital marketing efforts. The challenge was not only to enhance brand awareness but also to position Netsmart as a trusted name in cybersecurity in a new market through a well-crafted LinkedIn strategy. We aimed to create an approach that encouraged meaningful engagement and generated high-quality leads.

Recognizing LinkedIn as the premier platform for B2B engagement, we designed a comprehensive strategy centred around content that resonated with Netsmart’s target audience. Our approach balanced informative, value-driven posts with interactive content that encouraged discussion and connections. To position Netsmart as a trusted authority in cybersecurity, we developed a content calendar featuring industry insights and solution-driven content. This calendar was consistently updated with new content, ensuring our messaging reached the right decision-makers at the right time.

Our content strategy was built on three key pillars: trust, innovation, and expertise. We focused on creating posts that addressed common cybersecurity challenges and provided actionable solutions, establishing Netsmart as a reliable resource for industry insights. These posts created direct engagement opportunities with potential clients. By showcasing Netsmart’s expertise, innovative solutions, and successful client partnerships, we strengthened the brand’s reputation.

2024-2025

Effectively communicating the complexity and reliability of cybersecurity services to the target audience was a primary challenge and key objective of this project. Netsmart BV approached Merkur Design with a clear goal: to create a digital platform that not only highlighted the company’s advanced capabilities but also fostered trust and engagement in an industry where precision and reliability are critical. This marked the beginning of the Netsmart BV UX/UI Website Design and Development Project.

When designing the homepage's UX and UI, we had a twofold objective. Our aim was to present Netsmart’s trustworthy cybersecurity services in an accessible and authoritative manner without overwhelming visitors with technical jargon. We emphasized a sleek, modern aesthetic with a refined color palette, minimalist design, and strong visual storytelling. The website guides users through an interactive journey, featuring engaging pages with dynamic Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons, detailed service descriptions, an in-depth brand information page, and a contact page.

Now, the Netsmart website serves as a powerful digital tool, providing users with easy access to a full range of cybersecurity services while ensuring an intuitive and informative experience. Through meticulous design and a strategic approach, Merkur Design has helped Netsmart establish a strong online presence and solidify its position in the Dutch cybersecurity market.
