Overview

NotM!lk aimed to differentiate itself in the vegan beverage market in London by providing a unique experience for its target audience. Challange

To quickly capture attention in London’s vegan beverage market, it was crucial to understand the competitive landscape and local consumer habits. By analyzing consumer expectations for vegan products and the experiences offered by existing brands, we were able to define the right positioning and strategies for NotM!lk to effectively reach its target audience.

E-Commerce UI Design and Development

Challange

The goal for the digital platform was to create an experience that met users’ needs and attracted vegan beverage consumers in London to the subscription service. The platform required seamless navigation to allow users to easily explore and purchase products. Careful planning of the information architecture and UX/UI design was essential to ensure this experience.

Result

We designed an e-commerce platform featuring a subscription model for daily vegan beverage orders, tailored to London’s user base. The information architecture was developed based on user research and UX data, making the shopping process intuitive. Using the Shopify platform, we created a user-friendly and functional interface that enhanced the overall shopping experience.

Challange

NotM!lk’s social media presence needed to be strengthened with not just product-focused content but also informative and inspiring content about the vegan lifestyle. We developed creative and unique content strategies for the brand, supported by motion graphics and 3D visuals, to engage users and create a robust social media management plan.

Result

As part of this social media strategy, we produced content that was not only product-centric but also helpful and informative. The visual language, incorporating motion graphics and 3D visuals, helped establish a lifestyle-focused identity on social media, increasing user engagement.
