VakifForlag is an e-commerce platform designed to provide a secure, fast, and user-friendly shopping experience for books and gifts in Denmark. Challange
The main challenge was designing an information architecture that reflects real user behaviour while supporting fast discovery and purchase. With the majority of users shopping via mobile devices, the experience needed to be optimized for mobile without compromising desktop usability. At the same time, high standards for performance, speed, and data security were essential.
approach
We shaped the platform around user preferences and shopping habits, defining a clear and intuitive navigation structure. Mobile and desktop experiences were designed in parallel, with special focus on simplifying mobile purchase flows.
A robust and secure infrastructure was implemented to ensure fast load times and safe transactions. In addition, a user-friendly admin panel was developed to allow the VakifForlag team to manage products and content independently and efficiently.
Result
The final platform delivers a smooth shopping experience across devices, supported by a strong information architecture and optimized interfaces for both mobile and desktop. Users can browse and purchase quickly and securely, while the brand benefits from a fast, reliable system and an intuitive admin panel that supports day-to-day operations with ease.
