The primary challenge was designing a dashboard that allows users to access critical information and perform transactions without complexity. The interface needed to reflect real user habits, minimize steps, and support fast decision-making, while maintaining a professional and trustworthy appearance.

We designed the information architecture around frequent user actions, ensuring quick access to account details, transaction history, and settings. Button placement, menu structure, and visual hierarchy were carefully optimized to reduce cognitive load and speed up interaction.
The visual language was aligned with Voip Turkey’s brand identity, balancing clarity and professionalism across the interface.
Result
The final dashboard provides Voip Turkey customers with a fast and intuitive transaction experience. Users can complete tasks efficiently, saving time and reducing operational friction.
