Mindrome, a co-working space based in Silicon Valley, partnered with us to build a digital experience that reflects its energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial spirit. The project focused on strengthening brand identity, designing a vibrant website, and creating an interactive reservation system that translates the physical space experience into the digital world.

The main challenge was capturing Mindrome’s inspiring atmosphere and community-driven culture through digital touchpoints. The website needed to resonate with an entrepreneurial audience while remaining clear and usable, and the reservation system had to feel engaging rather than transactional.

We designed the website around Mindrome’s brand energy, using bold colours, dynamic visuals, and an experience-oriented UX approach. User habits and expectations shaped the information structure, ensuring smooth navigation and clear communication.
The interactive reservation system was designed to visually represent the co-working spaces, allowing users to explore and book areas intuitively. Gamification elements were introduced to make the reservation process more engaging and memorable.
Result
The final website establishes Mindrome as a distinctive and professional brand in the digital space, making it easy for users to engage and explore. The interactive reservation system offers a playful yet functional experience, strengthening user connection and differentiating Mindrome from other co-working platforms through an experience-led digital approach.
