Challange
The main challenge was designing an ordering experience that mirrors the in-store customization process without adding friction. Users needed to be able to build their own burgers quickly, navigate menus effortlessly, and complete payments with confidence—especially on mobile, where most orders were expected to take place.

We began with user research to understand ordering behaviour and expectations. Based on these insights, we designed a clear information architecture that guides users step by step through menu selection, customization, and checkout.
Wireframes and UI design focused on simplicity and speed, ensuring that customization options feel intuitive rather than overwhelming. The platform was developed with a mobile-first approach and supported by a secure payment infrastructure to ensure fast, reliable ordering on any device.
Result
The final platform enables users to customize their burgers effortlessly and complete orders with ease. Optimized for mobile use and supported by a secure payment system, the experience allows customers to access Too Burger’s offerings anytime, anywhere.
By combining brand character with a frictionless ordering flow, the platform improves customer satisfaction and extends Too Burger’s iconic experience into the digital space.
