Voip Turkey, a telecommunications company, required a digital platform that enables its customers to perform transactions quickly and easily. The goal of this project was to create a functional dashboard design that considers the needs and habits of users, while also aligning with the brand's identity. The dashboard was designed to allow users to log in to their accounts effortlessly and carry out various transactions with ease.

Challange

The dashboard was developed with an information architecture focused on enhancing user experience (UX). It was structured to expedite and simplify customers' transaction processes. Button placements and menus were optimized based on user habits, enabling quick access to account information, transaction history, and various settings. The design incorporated colours and visual elements that align with Voip Turkey's corporate identity, achieving a professional appearance.

Result

The newly developed dashboard provided Voip Turkey customers with a fast and easily accessible transaction experience. The user-friendly design allowed customers to save time by quickly completing their necessary transactions and streamlining the overall process.
